LUNCHEON ONLY GUESTS:  (COMPLETED THE PINK FORM BELOW)- Space is limited, but we want to accommodate anyone who does not wish to play golf but would still like to attend the LUNCHEON at the outing.  Raffle items and giveaways will be available.  $40/person.  Sorry, we are not able to offer refunds for this event.
